Raaff-71 was recently completely renovated and modernised by us. Raaff is a comfortable spacious and light house, tastefully and lovingly furnished. Around the house is a large sunny garden with lots of privacy. After a day at the beach, a lovely long walk, running, surfing, horseback riding or mountain biking, it is wonderful to come home. The living room has large sliding doors to a spacious and sunny garden. The bright atmospheric living room is decorated with taste and has comfortable furniture and a beautiful coffee bar.  There is a large smart TV with various streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for any chef. We have a combi oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, large refrigerator etc. The cosy outdoor lighting and the large table on the terrace guarantee unforgettable summer evenings. Upstairs are three bedrooms; two double rooms and one single room that can also be used as a nursery for up to two children. On the landing you will find a modern bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower.  Raaff is a lovely house to enjoy romantically together, but also a cosy house for a short or long holiday with the family. Raaff-71 has a quiet location on the small holiday park De Witte Raaf. This holiday park is situated 4 kilometres from the centre of Noordwijk on the edge of a beautiful dune and wooded area. A narrow strip of dunes separates the North Sea beach from the forest.
